We are a unique training program that integrates physical position training with therapy, social and emotional learning, cognitive performance, and leadership development.

One on One Training

We provide one-on-one mental health and performance coaching to individual athletes.
Our program is divided into 8 week sessions where we work with the athlete on:

- Position specific skills
- Self-awareness
- Processing life situations and how they are effecting them on and off the field.
- Cognitive training including decision making, brain speed, memory, and attetnion.

Group Training

We provide mental health and performance coaching to athletes in group settings. Our program is divided into 8 week sessions where we work with the athletes on:

- Position specific skills
- Processing life situations, recogizing their impact on and off the field, and how to best handle them.
- Cognitive training including decision making, brain speed, memory, and attetnion.
- Team work

TEAM TRAINING

We provide mental health and performance coaching to high school and college athletic teams. Our program is broken into sessions based upon their season and focuses on :

- Sport specific skills
- Processing life situations, their impact, and how to best handle them.
- Cognitive training including decision making, brain speed, memory, and attetnion.
- Working as a team
